Chocolate City  is the corner of the internet where art, community, and culture fuse to create magic. We are the Black Men of the Metaverse, and we’re not afraid to push the boundaries. The lines between the physical and digital worlds are blurring as we build towards an open metaverse. We’re bringing together the right team to help take us there.

THE ROLE

Our mission is to create the largest decentralized brand in the metaverse along with our community. As a moderator, you'll lead the charge in engaging and keeping a watichful eye on the community. From reminding our members of rules to maintaining a fun and engaging environment, you'll collaborate with our art, product, marketing, and engineering teams throughout various projects. We'll have all the resources you'll need to define a new type of brand that lives between the metaverse and the real world. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

• Continuously elevate and strengthen the Chocolate City brand.

• To promote cordial interaction among the members of an audience or discussion group.

• Able to preside over when needed on online debates and in community community chat rooms. 

• Be able to answer questions that may arise in the course of the discussion.

REQUIREMENTS

• To review massive amounts of textual, visual, and audio data to judge whether it complies with the predetermined rules and guidelines for the safety of the discord. 

• To reply to user questions and comments on social media posts, on brands’ blogs, and in forums.

• To decide whether pieces of content or user profiles have to be taken down because they violate a platform’s rules or are outright spam, scam, or trolling.

• To uphold the ethical standards and maintain the legal compliance of digital businesses and online communities.
