THE ROLE
Our mission is to create the largest decentralized brand in the metaverse along with our community. As Administrative Business Partner you will work closely with the core team to support day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive our strategic priorities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

Establish new and improve existing administrative systems and processes

Support the operations and culture of the team

Organize and plan team meetings and offsites by assisting with planning and tracking action items

Manage travel arrangements and process expense reports
REQUIREMENTS

Incredibly organized with superb attention to detail and ability to execute

Excellent with time management and can shift tasks and priorities as needed

Ability to work across various roles in a fast-paced environment while staying proactive, flexible, and efficient

Able to anticipate and responds to needs of others before they arise, while optimizing processes to make them more efficient

Experience at a high growth startup is a plus
